Academics

As a college preparatory school, one of St. Louis University High School's primary goals is to develop in each student the academic skills necessary to successfully continue his education after graduation. The four-year curriculum is tailored to achieve this result while simultaneously instilling intellectual curiosity and a world view in keeping with the Jesuit tradition.

SLUH offers courses for college credit in Calculus, Biology, English, Modern European History, U.S. History, French, Latin, Russian, Spanish and Acting through Saint Louis University's advanced college credit program. Students may also take Advanced Placement examinations in 19 disciplines to earn college credit and/or placement at an advanced level for college freshmen.
