C-Team Ends Season with Win
The C-Football team ended their season with an impressive win against the Mehlville Panthers at SLUH on Thurs. 10/23 by the score of 38-19. After a defensive stop, the Jr. Bills scored on a 44 yd. pass from Trevor McDonagh to Mitch Klug. The Jr. Bills scored on their next possession with a 31 yd. field goal by Daniel Tlapek making the score 10-0. The Jr. Bills continued the scoring throughout the first half to build a 31-0 lead at halftime. The Panthers came out in the second half and scored on their first and second possessions to cut the lead to 31-12 but the Jr. Bills secured the win with a 12 yd. run by Darion Baker to make the score 38-12. The Panthers scored late in the fourth quarter to make the final score 38-19. The C-Football team ended the season with a record of 7-3 overall, which included a 1-1 record in D games, and a record of 3-1 in the MCC. The coaches, players, and managers would like to thank everyone who has supported the C-Football team this season. Thanks for supporting SLUH athletics and go Jr. Bills!!
