Team Selects Captains, Continues Pre-season Training
The Swimming & Diving team selected its captains on Wednesday, Aug. 15. The captains are selected annually by the team members and are chosen from the senior class members who have been on the team at least 1 year. Tim Dale, Michael Sizemore, Kip Tandler, and Max Wurm were chosen from a large senior class. The captains will provide leadership throughout the year to the record-sized group of swimmers & divers for the 2007 campaign.
The team embarks today on its third week of training in preparation for the season-opening P. South / Jackson tri-meet. All told, there will be 17 practice days before the meets begin and the Jr. Bills begin their quest for their 6th consecutive MCC Championship.
