Retreats
Freshman:
Direction Days are one-day retreats that introduce the student to the SLUH family. This activity, held in mid-August, is required of all freshmen. Also required of freshmen is the Freshman Retreat, which will be held February 22-23, 2008 at SLUH.
Sophomore:
Each student is required to attend a one-day retreat. About 40 students leave school at 8:00 a.m. and return at 6:00 p.m. Faculty members guide the sophomores in exercises that include prayer, discussion, Liturgy, recreation and quiet reflection. Retreats are held at Camp Wyman and La Salle Retreat Center in Eureka October 23-25, 2007.

Traditional Junior:
An optional, three-day retreat in which groups of Juniors join faculty for prayer, Liturgy, reconciliation, discussion and quiet time at the beautiful White House Retreat on the Mississippi River. This retreat will be held November 19-21, 2007; January 21-23, 2008; and February 11-13, 2008.
Traditional Senior:
An optional, three-day retreat in which groups of Seniors join faculty for private prayer, quiet reflection, Liturgy and reconciliation at the Pallottine Retreat Center. This retreat will be held November 14-16, 2007 and January 9-11, 2008.
Kairos:
An optional, four-day, student-led retreat in which groups of Juniors (April 1-4, 2008) and Seniors (November 18-21, 2007 and January 15-18, 2008) join faculty for prayer, Liturgy, quiet reflection and reconciliation at the King's House in Belleville.
